Data we collect

We collect the information you give us when you send a booking request or contact us: your name, email and phone number, the travellers on the booking (including weight, height, passport or trip details when a tour asks for them), your pickup point and any notes. This site does not process card payments, so we never receive or store card numbers. The system also records basic technical data (device type, pages viewed) to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

Data is used to answer your request, confirm availability and price, prepare your tour, send booking-related emails, support you before and after the trip, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We only send marketing information when you agree, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing data

We share data at the minimum level necessary with our email delivery services and tour supply partners so we can fulfil your booking. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Storage & security

Data is stored for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and as required by law, then deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data.
