Can I cancel my tour and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For day tours you get a 100% refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before departure; multi-day tours use a 72-hour cut-off. Cancellations closer to departure are non-refundable. How do I pay for my tour?

We do not take payment online. You send a booking request, our team checks availability and confirms by email, and the confirmation explains how to pay. All amounts are charged in VND; USD prices are indicative only.

Do infants travel free?

Accepted Answer

Children under 5 usually travel free and do not take a seat, but you still need to declare them when booking so we can prepare properly. Children aged 5 to 11 get the child price, around 70% of the adult price. The exact terms are shown on each tour’s detail page.

Question 4

How soon do I hear back after booking?

Accepted Answer

You receive a “request received” email straight away. Our team then checks availability and emails your confirmation, including payment instructions, usually within one business day.

Can I change my departure date after booking?

The system does not currently support changing dates after booking. If you need to change, please cancel under the cancellation policy and rebook, or call our hotline on +84 908 075 093 for help.

Do I need to sign up to book a tour?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no sign-up or password. Send a booking request from the tour page and we confirm by email. To change or cancel, contact us by email or hotline.
