General principles
Refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid for the tour. Some tours have their own cancellation policy, stated on the tour detail page, which takes precedence.
Cancellation deadlines & refund rates
The refund rate depends on when you cancel relative to the departure time:

| Day tours | More than 24 hours before: 100% refund | Within 24 hours: no refund |
| Multi-day trips | More than 72 hours before: 100% refund | Within 72 hours: no refund |
Multi-day trips
For combined multi-day trips, each tour is refunded based on the amount actually collected for that tour.
How to request a cancellation
To cancel, email saigonfoodytour@gmail.com or call our hotline on +84 908 075 093 and our staff will cancel it for you. Any refund follows the rates above.
Refund timing
Refunds are returned by the same method you paid, usually within 5–15 business days depending on the bank.
